(1) A virtual private network (VPN) connexion that automatically refreshes the keys that keep data secure. A dynamic connexion also contains proposals that allow the key server to negotiate which parameters to use with the remote key server. See also manual connection.
(2) A connexion created at the time of sign-on or using the network connexion control (NCC) record sent from another node.
