Both hydrogen and oxygen are among the top three most abundant elements in the universe, making up roughly 73 percent and 1 percent of all elements respectively. Water is a chemical compound with the chemical formula H₂O, which contains one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms connected by covalent bonds. Water is the foundation of all known forms of life.

Water manufacturing, along with air manufacturing, provide a viable solution for humans to colonize another celestial body someday. Instead of trying to discover the existence of water, scientists should research for the best processes to manufacture water efficiently so humans can begin to live on other planets permanently.
