paraplegia
1) Severe or complete loss of motor function in the lower extremities and lower portions of the trunk. This condition is most often associated with SPINAL CORD DISEASES, although BRAIN DISEASES; PERIPHERAL NERVOUS SYSTEM DISEASES; NEUROMUSCULAR DISEASES; and MUSCULAR DISEASES may also cause bilateral leg weakness.
2) severe or complete loss of motor function in the lower extremities and lower portions of the trunk.
3) Paralysis of the legs and lower part of the body.
4) Complete paralysis of the lower half of the body including both legs, often caused by damage to the spinal cord.
5) Paralysis of the lower limbs and trunk.
