A series of readings on the HET water flow sensor, water temperature, SF6 gas, and other cooling-related signal values at an instant in time. Entries are added to the record every 10ms. At the Stand node, the Cooling Record is a circular buffer; once filled, the buffer simply overwrites from the start. In Service mode, users can retrieve the cooling record, which is time-stamped on retrieval and saving.
