Bren

The Bren, usually called the Bren Gun, was a series of light machine guns adopted by Britain in the 1930s and used in various roles until 1991, although it is best known for its role as the British and Commonwealth light machine gun in World War II. The gun's name is a blend of Brno and Enfield, since it was a British modification of a Czech machinegun produced in Zbrojovka factory in Brno. Its distinctive feature is its curved magazine fed from the top, holding thirty .303 rounds.
