Design and development, acquisition, storage, movement, distribution, maintenance, evacuation, and disposition of materiel; b. Movement, evacuation, and hospitalization of personnel; c. Acquisition or construction, maintenance, operation, and disposition of facilities; and d. Acquisition or furnishing of services.
