Sometimes referred to as “Big Blue” IBM is a multinational corporation headquartered in Armonk, New York. It manufactures computer hardware and software and provides information technology and services.
(1) In the Distributed Computing Environment (DCE), a particular instance of the type of information indicated by an attribute type.<br />(2) The property of a defining attribute such as a specific colour (blue or yellow) or size (medium). See also defining attribute.<br />(3) Information assigned to a requirement attribute. Attribute values can be text or numbers.
