Sometimes referred to as “Big Blue” IBM is a multinational corporation headquartered in Armonk, New York. It manufactures computer hardware and software and provides information technology and services.
The media used in the installation of software, usually CD/ROM, CD-R, or tape media provided by IBM or another supplier for the purpose of distributing software to customers. See also distribution media.
